How to Cancel an Order?

Order cancellation to the user has not been provided, anyhow orders can be cancelled before it was confirmed by the restaurants. 

To cancel those orders kindly call our customer care executive by Clicking Helpline Button in the App Home Page.

No orders can be cancelled once it is in confirmed/Delivery partner assigned/Out for Delivery Status.

How can I place a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders can be placed only by calling our customer care executive by Clicking Helpline Button in the App Home Page.

My order got cancelled and I paid online, will I get a refund?

All cancelled orders paid online will be refunded. Refunded amount will be reflected in your bank within 4-5 business days

A problem in placing an order?

Are the price listed on the app are accurate?

We make every effort to keep the prices updated and accurate. 

Prices listed on this website are however approximate and subject to changes by the Restaurant and Taxes.

The final price is as per the ACTUAL BILL raised by the Restaurant and presented to you, at the time of the delivery.

What are the modes of Payment Acceptable?

You can use any ONE of the following Payment Modes, 

  1. Cash on Delivery.
  2. Online Payment - using Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking.
  3. Gpay/Phone Pe at the time of Delivery

Can I Order from 2 or More Restaurants at the same time?

Yes, of course! However, each restaurant order will be treated as a different order. So, the delivery charges may be applicable for each order.
