Once you place your order on NPai, your request is sent to the nearest restaurant or store partner. Upon their confirmation, a nearby delivery partner is assigned to pick up and deliver your order to the address you have provided.
You can monitor your order status in real time using the NPai app. Our delivery partners are trained to handle your items with care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Delivery charges vary from order to order and may be determined based on multiple factors including order value, demand during peak hours, and the distance between the store/restaurant and your delivery address.
NPai will use reasonable efforts to inform you of the applicable delivery charges before you confirm your order. The User is responsible for the delivery charges regardless of their awareness of such charges once the order is placed.
On-time delivery is offered on a best-effort basis. Delivery may be delayed for unforeseen reasons beyond the control of NPai, including natural disasters, heavy rainfall, local shutdowns, or other force majeure events.
In such cases, NPai will communicate any delays through the app. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such situations.
If you are unavailable at the delivery address at the time of delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If delivery cannot be completed, the order may be returned and a refund will not be applicable for cash-on-delivery orders. For prepaid orders, please contact our support team.
