How do I contact Customer Care?

Customer care executives can be contacted only through the call helpline option on our app front page. Tap the Helpline Button on the NPai App Home Page to connect with our support team.

How do I cancel an order?

Order cancellation by the user has not been provided in the app. However, orders can be cancelled before they are confirmed by the restaurant.

To cancel, call our customer care executive by clicking the Helpline Button on the App Home Page.

Note: No orders can be cancelled once they are in Confirmed / Delivery Partner Assigned / Out for Delivery status.

How can I place a Pre-Order?

Pre-Orders can be placed only by calling our customer care executive. Click the Helpline Button on the App Home Page to get in touch.

My order was cancelled and I paid online — will I get a refund?

Yes! All cancelled orders paid online will be refunded. The refunded amount will be reflected in your bank account within 4–5 business days.

I have a problem placing an order — what should I do?

If you face any problem placing an order, please call our customer care executive by clicking the Helpline Button on the App Home Page. Our team will assist you in placing your order.

Are the prices listed on the app accurate?

We make every effort to keep prices updated and accurate. However, prices listed on the app are approximate and subject to changes by the Restaurant and applicable Taxes.

The final price is as per the actual bill raised by the Restaurant and presented to you at the time of delivery.

How do I submit a complaint or feedback?

You can reach us by clicking the Helpline Button on the App Home Page. Our team is available to address all complaints and feedback promptly.

What payment methods are accepted?

You can use any one of the following payment modes:
  1. Cash on Delivery
  2. Online Payment — Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking
  3. UPI — Google Pay / PhonePe at the time of Delivery

Can I order from 2 or more restaurants at the same time?

Yes, of course! However, each restaurant order will be treated as a separate order. This means delivery charges may be applicable for each individual order.
