By downloading and using the NPai application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the service.
NPai reserves the right to modify, update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the app following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
NPai acts as an intermediary platform connecting users with local stores, restaurants and delivery partners. We do not manufacture, sell, or distribute food or beverages directly. Orders placed through the app are fulfilled by the respective restaurant or store partners.
Delivery times quoted at the time of ordering are approximate only and may vary based on order volume, traffic conditions, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Orders may be cancelled prior to confirmation by the restaurant or store. Once the order has been confirmed or a delivery partner has been assigned, cancellation will not be possible through the app. To request cancellation of a confirmed order, please contact our support team via the Helpline button on the App Home Page.
Any order cancellation that constitutes a breach of your placed order may result in applicable charges as per the terms outlined in our Privacy Policy.
NPai accepts Cash on Delivery, online payments (Credit Card / Debit Card / Net Banking), and UPI payments (Google Pay / PhonePe) at the time of delivery. All online payments are processed securely through our payment gateway partners.
Prices listed on the app are subject to change and the final price is as per the actual bill raised by the Restaurant or Store Partner presented at the time of delivery.
Refunds are processed in the same manner as the original payment. Refunded amounts will be reflected in your bank account within 4–5 business days for cancelled orders paid online, subject to the applicable bank policies.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Madurai, Tamil Nadu, India.
